The Brag Basket is our tradition of sharing. The basket is always free and open all weekend, this one Jan 4-6, 2013. What good news will you add to the brag basket?
Don’t hold back because of that word, “brag.” When you hold back, you hide your good news and accomplishments that might inspire others. Even though I call this the Brag Basket, it’s not really about bragging. It’s about sharing.

What can you do in the Brag Basket?
- introduce yourself
- share some great news from this week
- congratulate a friend
- laugh about something wonderful that you tried that failed
- applaud for each other
Speak up and add yourself or another deserving soul in the comments. It lets you meet each other a bit. Reading each others’ stories brings us a bit closer to being a community.
How does it work? You write a comment on this post. We all cheer, and everyone feels great.
This is not an ad. (I delete the ads.) If you talk more about the people involved than the things, you’ll be fine.
It’s a conversation with friends. So jump in. And remember to cheer for each other.

This is my first time posting, and I am excited to share that I am putting a Creativity Workshop together that is super exciting for me.
I have been studying creativity and doing self-study programs for a long time. I’ve found them to be very helpful in enriching my life AND growing my business!
This time I have decided to share the experience with others, all free of course. I love seeing how people break free of the mental blocks they sometimes have and find new joy in their hobbies and pastimes.
If I can help just one person create something they never thought they could do it will be a success!
Thanks for letting me share!

Hello everyone, my name is Jason. I’ve been a long time aspiring entrepreneur, but I finally made it a reality a couple days ago with the launch of my first business!
It is a web based service, called Gift Sleuth. The idea came from my annoyance with never knowing what to get people for birthdays and other holidays. So, instead of giving gift cards for the rest of my life, I created this site to help find the right gift for friends and family. It uses information about their interests to produce a list of gift suggestions custom tailored specifically for them.
I’d really appreciate it if you checked it out at: http://www.giftsleuth.com and liked our Facebook page.
Becky, this is such a great idea. Thank you for facilitating these sharing sessions.
