Each Friday, I open the Brag Basket for the weekend. It’s designed as a fun place for you to share your projects and accomplishments. But you can also cheer for other people, give shout outs, congratulate, and even give someone a well-deserved pat on the back.
Think that bragging is a bad thing? Read how Tony explains the Brag Basket.
The Brag Basket is open for everyone, whether from a small town, a big city, or anywhere in the world. (But it’s true that I love small town brags!)
Will you put something in the Brag Basket this week? You can brag on a friend, your own project, yourself, others, anything! (Don’t copy and paste an ad, though, OK?) You don’t need special permission, and you don’t have to be from a small town. Just leave a comment right here. There’s no deadline, so you can brag anytime during the weekend, and I’ll open a fresh Brag Basket each Friday.

I would like to brag on my wife. She’s solidly over 75lbs lost since we’ve begun working on improving our diet. She received flowers and pins from her Weight Watchers group.
Barry, I agree! SOBCon was an outstanding event for meeting great people, and gathering new ideas. Glad you were there!

In honor of my selection as Treasurer of the Autism Society of Indiana and my 60th birthday next week, I’m donating $60 to the Autism Society of America for every new payroll client who signs up for service in May.
My goal is to raise $1000.
Thanks for providing a space to share the joy.
Sheryl
Marco, I agree! The number of people still starting things up and creating new ventures is inspiring.
Sheryl, congratulations. Not only a great way to gather new clients, but also a wonderful caring way to raise funds. Good job!
I can brag that I knew Becky WAY BACK when she was not so famous that others copied her ideas, although her ideas have always been worth emulating.I am always inspired to try new things like my travel blog just because of the encouragement I get from Becky.
OkieJ, I’m so glad you find encouragement, because you always encourage me, as well. :)
