Brag Basket – Share your good news!

By Small Biz Survival

UPDATE: Even more brags!
UPDATE:
Read our brags, at the end of the post. And join us by sharing some news of your own!

brag basketSometimes you just want to share some good news. It may not be something earth-shattering, just something good. Or maybe something bad that you learned from.

You can brag on yourself, your business, your community, or even your friends.

Feel free to tell us a story. That’s what sharing your good news is: a story.

I open the Brag Basket every Friday, and you can brag anytime.

Brags

World famous author Roger von Oech (A Whack on the Side of the Head) just stopped by and commented here! :)

Well, 2 months after launching, and 4 months after being approved by all the other wireless carriers, T-Mobile finally certified Mobivity Mobile Marketing on their network.

We are official on all major U.S. carriers, and have over 90% coverage in the U.S.

Keep up the great blog Becky!

Greg, congratulations! Great to hear of your progress. Your patient work has paid off. Terrific! I love the way Mobivity makes mobile marketing an option for small businesses!

via email – but I decided this good news was as good as a brag!

Relationships are about give and take

You give a little. You get a little. That’s the balance of a good relationship.

It shouldn’t surprise you at all that this same balance would be adopted by a conference focused on taking your blog to the next level by building stronger and more valuable relationships.

Unlike a typical conference where the speakers are the only ones who get to share, at SOBCon we’re turning that notion upside down.

Each and every participant is invited to bring something they’ve created – a book, a white paper, a podcast series, a visual tool – you name it for every single attendee and speaker. Imagine leaving the conference with a bag filled with knowledge, insights, laughter and inspiration.

And even better; imagine every SOBCon attendee learning more about your blog and passion, and being touched by your work.

There are only a few rules:

  • Bring original content.
  • Bring enough for 250.
  • Bring it as a giveaway — no charges.
  • Bring what show your brand in the best light possible.

Register today so you can give a little . . . . and get a LOT!!!
SOBCon is May 11 and 12 at Hotel Sofitel Chicago OHare.

Congratulations, Liz and Phil. This is going to be a GREAT event!

Becky – Congrats on Roger stopping by. That’s definitely worth bragging about!

And thanks for sharing the love about the SOBEvent! It is going to be amazing! I should have bragged about this to you months ago.

I have something new to brag about soon…Thanks for the opportunity to do so here!

Hi, Phil! I’m glad to brag on the SOB event, because you+Liz=outstanding! Looking forward to that new brag you promised…

Hey, and I have a new brag:
World famous author Phil Gerbyshak (10 Ways to Make it Great!) just stopped by and bragged! :) (OK, so Phil is almost a regular here, but I still want to brag on him!)
