Bring your discoveries to the Brag Basket

By Small Biz Survival

Mushrooms in a basket.
What great surprises have you discovered this week? Photo by jacinta lluch valero on Flickr.

Welcome to the Brag Basket, our tradition of sharing. The basket is always free and open all weekend, this one December 27-29, 2013. What good news will you add to the brag basket?

Don’t hold back because of that word, “brag.” When you hold back, you hide your good news and accomplishments that might inspire others. Even though I call this the Brag Basket, it’s not really about bragging. It’s about sharing.

What can you do in the Brag Basket?

  • introduce yourself
  • share some great news from this week
  • congratulate a friend
  • laugh about something wonderful that you tried that failed
  • applaud for each other

How do you join in?

  • Below this post is the comment section. Add your brag there.
  • If you read these by email, just reply to the email with your brag. I’ll add it to the comments.

This lets you meet each other a bit. Reading each others’ stories brings us a bit closer to being a community.

This is not an ad. (I delete the ads.) If you talk more about the people involved than the things, you’ll be fine.

It’s a conversation with friends. So jump in. And remember to cheer for each other.

It’s been a huge week for myself and two best buddies from years back.
We launched our Kickstarter! It’s a great new dog product (you may recognize some of our work, we used to all design for Sharper Image). Now we’re going it on our own!

If you or a friend has dogs, check it out! Thanks, it’s been a while in coming, I’m delighted to share!!

Congratulations, looks like a great products our dogs would love! Is there a video clip showing it in action?
