“We, at Lang House BnB have made the semi-annual boat lift a community event.

In the spring, the large sail boats are put into the water near the Gagetown Marina and in the fall they are taken out. This all happens just outside Lang House BnB and for the sixth consecutive event we have opened our doors to the community with the enticement of free coffee and scones. We advertise on Facebook and email the boat owners. It is a lively spot with onlookers and participants. It is becoming the place to be to watch the proceedings on the waterfront. Friends and neighbors come by and it is a joyous occasion!

Just wanted to brag about our BnB and the Village of Gagetown in the province of New Brunswick, Canada.

Awesome idea for a local event!
