You are invited to brag

By Becky McCray

brag basketHave a story? Something great happen this week? Feeling like a superhero? Brag about it!

Last week, Vaspers bragged that I complimented him, and I bragged, too. What will you brag about this week? It’s fun, and you get a link back, not to mention applause from us!

You can brag on your business, your community, or your self. You can even brag on other folks, if you want.

The Brag Basket has no deadline, so don’t wait. Brag now!

Hi, Phil! Great brag! People make all the difference, and technology is letting us build amazing relationships across distances like never before.

Phil has set me up to brag, too, because he and I are both featured in a list of 5 noteworthy global blogs this week by Jeff Pulver, a co-founder of Vonage and now CEO of Network2 tv. The full list is:
    1. Bronwen Clune – Perth, Australia
    2. Jim Long – Washington, D.C.
    3. Kfir Pravda – Ra’anana, Israel
    4. Becky McCray – Alva, Oklahoma
    5. Phil Campbell – Midlands, UK

I’ve never been in the same room with these folks, but we’ve all met through Jeff’s PulverTV broadcasts, and the community surrounding Pulver Media. Amazing!

Thanks again, Phil, for dropping by.

Ilias, what a wonderful project! Education is the key to development: personally, regionally, and economically. I’m so proud that you have worked on this project and that you chose to brag on it here. Congratulations!

[…] Last week, we had crowd of happy folks! Ann bragged on her amazing bears for Kandahar project. Jon bragged (modestly, of course) on his productive conversation with UStream. Phil bragged on meeting wonderful people, and I joined in with our joint mention at Jeff Pulver’s blog. And Ilias shared a terrific project, volunteers building a school in Ecudor. […]
