When we put your good news together with others’ good news, it makes a pretty impressive display. Photo by David Ohmer on Flickr.

Don’t like to brag? Just share some good news for yourself or a friend.
Just don’t make it an ad. I delete the ads that people stick in here. If you talk more about the people involved than the things, you’ll be fine.
It’s a conversation with friends. So jump in. And remember to cheer for each other.
Had the pleasure of having Becky do a presentation here in ND on “Big Ideas for Small Communities.” Enjoyed getting to reconnect in person with her again. Thanks Becky.
It was so great to spend some time together and catch up, Glenn! Thank you so much for your support at the event!
This is a big brag for a small town. Our primary school has had so many kindergarten aged children enrolled that they had to add another class! Just 3 years ago the school had a single kindergarten class and this year we have four! We are the only school in our division with increasing numbers. This just goes to prove what Becky has said all along…people love small towns and realize the value of raising their children there. Young families are coming to our area.
People without kids in the school system still grumble on local social media sites, complaining about all of the things old timers in a small town complain about. When they do, I like to roll out this wonderful fact. Not only are young families moving here, but they are adding to the tax base, starting small businesses and spending money here buying houses, gas, groceries, etc. It’s good news for all concerned.
Jessica, I love your positive outlook. It’s a terrific change to grow from one class section to four! Cheers!
