The Brag Basket is open! This one is for April 10-12, 2015. Bring your good news to share with everyone.

What can you do in the Brag Basket?

  • introduce yourself
  • share some great news from this week
  • congratulate a friend
  • applaud for each other
  • confess your undying love for rural places

How do you join in?

Below this post is the comment section. Add your good news there.

Reading this in your email? Hit reply.

Don’t like to brag? Just share some good news for yourself or a friend.

Just don’t make it an ad. I delete the ads that people stick in here. If you talk more about the people involved than the things, you’ll be fine.

It’s a conversation with friends. So jump in. And remember to cheer for each other.

Hello all! I am a former bi-vocational pastor and general contractor. Today I host the Small Business Revival Podcast. I love small business and the creativity of small business owners. I am working on a project to feature 10 businesses in a local (Staunton, Va) downtown over two weeks on my podcast. I believe this will be a great way to build the community. Keep up the great work Becky. I love this blog.

Hey, Brian! Great to see you today. This is a terrific idea to feature you local businesses. That will really shine a spotlight on your town, and it might even spark a few conversations between businesses. Smart!

I have been rolling this idea around myself recently. I know nothing about pod casting but do have a wonderful friend who can make it happen. What a Great way to showcase local business and sources for local products. I would love to hear any tips, tricks, sound advice or input into how to make this successful. Thanks.
