I’m sharing my secrets for managing multiple businesses

By Becky McCray

Like many small town business people, I have more than one business: liquor store, cattle ranch, speaking and writing about small town business, and Tourism Currents. So how do I do it all? ItBecky McCray‘s one of the most common questions that I get asked, so I’m sharing answers this week.

Cory Miller of Entrepreneurship Lab set up a webinar with me, “Managing Multiple Businesses without Going Crazy.” We are not charging for it.

I’m going to share not just the big picture business strategy, but also the day-to-day level productivity skills that keep it all from falling apart. And I’ll answer questions. We’ll make it fun.

It’s this Wednesday, August 21, 2013, from 6:30 PM to about 7:30 PM CDT.

The recording is now available here: Audio and slides: How to manage multiple businesses without going crazy.

I have a prior engagment that evening :( Any chance you’ll be recording this for later viewing?

In any event, it sounds like a great topic for discussion. I’m managing one primary business and a multitude of side projects, and spend a good deal of time figuring out better ways to juggle it all. I’m sure you’ll have some fantastic insights!

Monica and Chris, I know that Cory plans to record it via GoToMeeting, so if all goes well, the recording will be posted a few days after. But it’s more fun live. :)

Cory tells me we have 51 signed up to play along live!

And we will do our part to capture a recording. However, I’ve had them not work out before, so I’m always cautious.

Becky – the webinar sounds great, but I was offline and missed signing up. Can anyone share their link to the recording with me? or am I out of luck since I wasn’t able to sign up? Thanks
