Brag Basket – I’m in!

By Small Biz Survival

It’s that time again! Brag Basket time! Once a week, I offer this post as a safe place to brag a bit. You can brag on your business, your community, or your self.

The goal is to allow you a chance to review your week, and this is also the time to review your year. Learned anything? Made any accomplishments you’d like to share? We all promise to applaud with you.

I’m in! I want to go first this week, to brag about this new laptop I’m using to post this (wireless-ly!) and to brag about the new layout of our blog. Stop by the site and look around!

My year-end brags are more complex. I want to brag about buying a terrific business that my mother (you know her as Maesz) built into a wonderful success. Joe and I made our third trip to Africa, and enjoyed incredible luck. (Wanna see some pics?) I survived a few really rough things, and learned that I am much tougher than I really thought. That’s worth a brag to me! This blog itself is worth a brag. I started it in January, and I have met such outstanding people through it. I think I need to do a separate post of thank you’s!

So, are you in? Do you have a year-end brag to share? Big or little? Jump right into the comments!

The Brag Basket has no deadline, so don’t wait. Brag now!
